Alfredo began his research on the psychic and medicinal effects of the hallucinogenic mushrooms in 1983. He has spent more than three decades working with the sacred fungi in the Zapotec mountains of Oaxaca, in southern Mexico. His work includes both interviewing people who have had powerful experiences, and observing them as enter the medicine space. He is endlessly fascinated in the great positive and radical changes in perception, behavior, metabolism, and the capacity of the intellect. Above all, he’s grateful to be able to witness great evolutions people’s spirituality.
